My almost twenty years of experience as a labor and employment lawyer make me an ideal candidate for the position. I have worked with numerous retailers and on-line sellers. I have guided senior executives and legal and human resources departments through every type of employment-related issue nationwide including pandemic response protocols; compliance; policy design, implementation, and training; single-plaintiff and class action litigation; workforce restructuring; diversity and inclusion efforts; complex investigations and terminations; class actions and single-plaintiff disputes; union avoidance, collective bargaining, and contract administration; wage/hour and compensation considerations; employee/independent contractor classifications; effective performance-management practices; and fostering positive workplace cultures.
