Ten years of project management field experience, including, project scheduling, project coordination, project management, and resource management supporting themed entertainment industry, commercial and capital construction projects for a variety of industries including sports stadiums, theme parks and attractions, museums, gaming resorts, government, aerospace/defense, energy and utilities.

• Experience includes working with contractors, across many stakeholder organizations, developing schedules from the ground up, master schedule integration, cost controls, budget tracking, RFI’s and change management, resource loading (labor and materials) and earned value management (EVM).
• Highly adept and proficient in several computer-based software applications geared towards the effective management of areas such as cost engineering, earned value management, scheduling, estimating, cost control, financial management, forecasting, accrual management and data analysis including special emphasis on data management and reporting. Software competency: P6, MS Project, MS Office, SharePoint, Access, Basecamp, Sensei, Smartsheet,
